ORDERING INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at lisa@lilaboheme.com.au

DELIVERY
All parcels are sent Express with a tracking number through Australia Post. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office. 
 



POSTAGE & HANDLING
Postage and handling is a flat rate fee of $10 within Australia. All parcels are sent Express with a tracking number through Australia Post. 

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays so orders received on those days will be shipped the following business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for orders travelling to Western Australia or outside of metropolitan area. Delivery times are an estimate only and Lila Boheme will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

The item will be carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. Email lisa@lilaboheme.com.au and you will receive a prompt response. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Postage and handling fees to anywhere outside of Australia will be quoted depending on the location and items purchased. All items must be insured and will be sent express with tracking number via Australia Post Express Courier International.
 



LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

STOCK
In the very unlikely case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately. If the transaction has been processed we will reverse the payment.  We will then inform you when the product will be available.  For any enquires regarding this please email lisa@lilaboheme.com.au and you will receive a prompt response.

PAYMENT METHOD
Lila Boheme accepts VISA and MasterCard through Stripe. Please see their Privacy Policy for details on credit card security measures. Lila Boheme will appear on your credit card statement. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.

TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

CURRENY CONVERSION
All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
 



RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present. 

For all other items you may exchange within 10 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Lila Boheme must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

REFUNDS
All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. Lila Boheme must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

If you are requesting a refund we will credit your nominated bank account. 
 



FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. The item containing glass, perspex, resin or semi precious stones are delicate and fragile and should be handled carefully. Crystal or glass stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults do not include cracked or broken stones or if an item has been bent out of shape or if the plating starts to fade.
